About Endora

“It's normal,” they said. It was endometriosis.

That's Alina GHANI's story. Maybe yours, too. In 2025, Alina, a consultant and data engineer, co-founded Endora with Lucas PASCAL, an engineer specializing in data and health. Their app helps you track and understand endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis and more.

Our story

From one patient to more than 20,000 women in under two years.

  1. From age 11

Three days in bed, every month

Alina's periods are extremely painful. Add it up and that's more than a month in bed, every year. And again and again, she's told the same thing: it's normal.

  2. 2024

    Finally, a name

After years of pain, Alina gets her diagnosis: endometriosis. Now come the real questions. What sets off her flare-ups? What helps?

“Information is the most important thing in your journey. […] There are so many ways to feel better.”

  3. 2025

    The tool she needed

Alina wants to log her symptoms and make sense of her digestive flare-ups. She tells her story to Lucas, an engineer specializing in data and health. Trained in biology, he has worked on generative AI, notably in sports. Together, they build Endora.

“No one knows your illness better than you do. Your data lets you show it.”

  4. Today

    More than 20,000 women

Based in Paris and New York, Endora is now France's No. 1 AI endometriosis tracking app. And it all started with three days in bed, every month.
